My Sly Cooper OC is in the games. 
... Trying to imitate that game's style. Yes, in Sly 4, she would have a different suit than the ones she had in the 2nd and the 3rd game. She even has a hat with a feather.
A sort of introduction for her.
After the 3rd game, she finally becomes Dimitri's (pregnant) girlfriend. But when she thinks they could finally share some time together, she receives a call from Bentley: seems that Sly had really lost his memory in the Band's last mission, and now he don't recognize his old friends anymore. And now that he's in the Interpol, he's even more difficult to "talk with".
Kokitsune agrees in helping Bentley (she likes men with brain), and he calls also Murray and Penelope.
Levels:
(Tutorial) America, New York.
(Episode 1) Japan, Yokohama. (Title: Kokitsune's Call)
(Episode 2) France, Paris. (Title: Memories From the Past)
(Episode 3) Italy, Venice. (Title: The Boss Revenge)
And other episodes, I don't have much fantasy now.
Kokitsune will have Sly-like abilities, but of course, she won't be the same. Her attacks are karate moves and Quicktime events, a thing I wouldn't mind to see in the games: when you're surrounded by enemies, you can push the buttons the game tells you and start a sequence where you have to push other buttons to complete the attack. In Kokitsune's case, she will sing Opera while karate-kicking the enemies, clearing the place. The Quicktime events will delete all the orange bar under the life's bar, but it can be restored like the previous games.
In Sly 4, you could be also able to take more than one characters if you want in the mission, like 2, you included. When your other character will be K.O. or near to be defeated, you will be able to push other two buttons to relase Kokitsune's dragon transformation. However, it will be only 10 seconds, but you will be un-defeatable.
