Sly C. - The Doctor's Here

EDIT: Apparently it was only a DA problem, it fixed... Itself.

I was thinking to my friend ~JennissyCooper's OCs. She made for Sly and Carmelita 3 kids: Carmen, Jennissy and Benjamin. So I thought to show this concept of Ludwig and Marilyn's brother. I don't even know if I should make of him a "official" OC of mine, lol.

His name is Faust Edgar Claude, but his secretary calls him "Infaust", but not on purpose. She just forgets his name often. Faust often tells her that if she forgets his name, she can always call him "Lugubrius".

He's just one year younger than his brother Ludwig, and your average crazy psychiatrist.
He's the warden of an old asylum, but ironically, he's crazy himself: everytime the moon is at its full stage, he asks help to his same colleagues to take him in the asylum's highest tower, and chain him.

Then, they lock the door and let him alone. Everytime the full moon is up, his mental disorders are uncontrollable. He took that from Kokitsune's family, when she had that accident. Actually, Faust is the only one between the brothers who can transform himself into a full-formed dragon like his mother and the uncle.
Sometimes, people at night can hear him roar and laugh.

Faust isn't intelligent as Ludwig, but his brain was over the most people's. Ludwig actually told him some hints.
